All of our shirts are created by the 33 & Main team and a few woodland creatures. Due to high demands of orders, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be made, packaged & shipped.
Every shirt is packaged in house. We take extra care when packaging and shipping your purchases. We ship them out hot off the press, sprinkle in a little bit of love, and hand them to our friendly postman, Steve! - "HI STEVE!"
We get it, you can't decide which design is your favorite so you want to buy all of them! Or... you have a family vacation and want to get the "Best Dressed Family" award (and we have no doubt that you will). So yes, we offer a 15% discount and free shipping on all orders of 10 or more shirts! Be sure to message us for your discount code.
We understand, life choices can be tough. We want to do whatever we can to make life as simple as possible. If your package has not yet shipped and you need to cancel your order, just shoot us a message and we will get you taken care of. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped we won't be able to do too much. (Mailman Steve gets upset when we chase him down the block).
Due to the limited nature of inventory, we do not offer exchanges on any products.
However, we do offer shop credit for returns on all regular priced items within 1 week of delivery date. If you receive an item that needs to be returned, please contact us with your order number no later than 1 week from the delivery date and we will get you all squared away.
All returns must be unwashed/unworn/unaltered to be accepted for return. A shop credit will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item.
We cannot cancel or change orders once they are shipped. Please make sure to use our sizing charts for reference when ordering to ensure you receive the correct size.
Incorrect or damaged?! (I am shaking my head in shame.)
If anything is incorrect or damaged we will do everything in our power to fix it.
Please notify us as soon as possible via email at hello@33andmain.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All damaged and incorrect order cases must be started within 1 week of package arrival.
